It hasn't been removed. A huge number of residents complained and it's staying (good job too). It's all gone too far and people are starting to get f22ked of with all this stupidity. Churchill/Nelson will never come down.

Bobby TBH I am confused with it all. Whatever your political views, taking down historical statues is not the way forward. People need to know and understand the past. So we don't make the same mistakes again. Hiding it or trying to change it isn't the answer? All it will do is divide people even more. For me, BLM message is being lost in all this.
They split last year, and he started a new one, much heavier, punk/post-punk influenced, politically charged lyrics, really good live and certainly get a good mosh pit going. Released a few songs on Spotify, I'll put one up on OUR music thread for you!
That's a shame because he was a very popular presenter. He was fab during the Brexit debate but went a bit weird of late going on boats chasing illegals across the Channel.
I said to a mate recently that i couldn't understand why he was doing all Cr2p on the boat. Still he was a very influential figure and will probably get a peerage in a few years.
