The sun rises to the left and tracks across the garden through the day being blocked by one tree after another then it goes behind next door's house.
The leaves from the two trees on the right are ****in horrific in the autumn.
Sometimes I feel like bagging them all up and offering them to her
hmmm interesting
You can bag up the leaves that fall in autumn and leave them over the fence for her to dispose of, after all they are her leaves
next time it gets windy, throw a rope around the one nearest to your property and snap the branches, pull them onto your side take photos
then contact the council telling them how dangerous the trees are .......
maybe she will get pissed off enough with the amount you bag for her to dispose of, maybe enough to have the trees cut back to stop you leaving bags
of leaves -- put your leaves in as well
The bushes at the bottom of your garden....anything that overhangs your property you can cut back to the fence... again leave any cuttings or large branches on the other side with any leaves etc. bagged
Looking at the fence... that belongs to her and should be maintained to a safe standard by her -
she has a rite to enter your property (with your permission) to do this, she can go to court to get permission if you refuse, also cost would be award against you if you do refuse
looking at your shed ....seems to be a lot of overgrowth there as well
cut back to the fence, bag and leave over the fence
the trees to right of the shed looks like they has been cut back at some point in the past
you need to look straight up from the end of your property and see what overhangs your property
if you want to cut back any large branches that over hang it maybe be best to inform your neighbour by letter
giving them the opportunity to sort it out them selves first (the legal way)
