I've decided that the only thing worse than league matches without fans is the FA Cup final without fans.

Or worse, no fans inside but Wembley Way absolutely teaming with people chanting 'F**K Dominic Cummings' to the tune of Seven Nation Army
I can't wait to watch us play again! Seeing as (hopefully) we are safe from relegation, I think it could actually be quite amusing to watch the rest of the season behind closed doors. It makes it 'different' at least, and certainly people will remember this in twenty years from now.

It did surprise me when they announced that earlier. I was expecting QFs and SFs to either be midweek during the season, or left until the midweek immediately after the season (WC style).
I really hope that they find a way of allowing as many other PL sides to play on those two weekends as possible, even if that means re-jigging the fixture lists. (As a random example, we were meant to be playing Arsenal on the old QF weekend, and so were facing an empty weekend back in March. Potentially that will be replicated again with today's news, if the same fixtures get planned for the new QF weekend. But if maybe Everton are also free that weekend, why not move Everton-Saints to that weekend now, and put Saints-Arsenal in the old Everton slot?)
It's already the case that we're squeezing nine rounds of fixtures into six weekends (hence overflow into midweeks). So to ask sides to potentially now squeeze those fixtures into five, or even four, weekends is even worse. Even more overflow into midweeks. Not to mention how weird it will look, if some PL teams find themselves basically sitting around doing nothing on a weekend, in amongst this fixture bombardment.

They’ve missed a chance to send a video viral.
They should have come out wearing fat suits, similar to the sumo ones, but in team colours.
Would have helped maintain social distancing as well, given the girth of each suit.
I may have missed something, or not been bothered to find out, but what (if anything) has been decided in terms of completing, or abandoning, the Championship, and/or League One? Will the three teams that finish this season at the bottom of the Premier League actually be relegated, and which teams will replace them? Put another way, will the Championship restart, and produce a 'top three', with or without Play Offs?

Championship have returned to training with the aim of restarting. League 1 likely to be terminated but play offs will happen. Promotion and relegation will be happening for all leagues.
