The 2019/20 league hasn't ended as per the rules. It's an illegitimate title.
Much the same as the war year titles.
Although in saying that... the only year the league was stopped short, 1939, the league was called null and void, with Rangers at the top.
Null and void is "unworkable" these days though.
Apart from anywhere else but Scotland!
