It's not over fully. Where does it say you can get in a van and park outside someone's house and do that? Did they stop for petrol/use gloves/social distance? Sorry but that is not necessary. They are getting slaughtered anyway so it backfired.

When it became okay to drive 5 hours with actual covid then it seems okay to park up for a couple of hours without covid for your livelihood. Seems fair enough to me
