Not pretending for one second I know much about betting, but the one I posted was a live screenshot from betfair - and it doesn't match the betfair prices quoted on yours
No idea why they are different, but those are the current prices on the betfair website

If you look at the bottom of the betting on sack race, it says when it was last updated. This was 2 days ago.
Yes it can be, but it can also be affected by a rumour mill tweet that results in bets being laid. The bookies need the favourite not to win more often than it does or they don't make their money.
It's good during the week, but doesn't tend to get updated over the weekend.
