I think he did , but he drove 250 miles to start doing so . How many people did he meet on the way ? And don't tell me a young child will put up with a 250 mile trip without needing a toilet break etc ( let alone the Parents ) ...
Nobody , but NOBODY can defend his actions in this . Just my opinion
How many people - how many single parents, how many older parents, how many foster carers were put in that position and did what they were INSTRUCTED to.
I take it their kids health and well-being meant less than Cummings'.

They're both ****s, which is quite an extended family, to be fair, but it's possible.
I don't see how he could have, if when you or a member of your family have symptoms then the entire household have to stay in your home and self isolate for 14 days.
Ok got you . I think he did self Isolate , but not until after the 250 trip . I THINK we agree on the fundamental Flaw ?
I don't believe that you can be in such a state that you're unable to look after your child but well enough to drive 250 miles.
