it's fine, i think our leadership has demonstrated the way to behave during this period so having self isolated for so long, i will happily go visiting whoever i fancy now. In a way it's sort of refreshing to know that i can finally visit family and friends as long as they don't mind

Total bollocks mate. I drive about a 1000 miles a week, and have never seen anyone handing out gloves at petrol stations - I have my own. Contactless only works up to £45 so you must have a small tank, or have to stop every couple of hundred miles to fuel up.
You can also pay at the pump at most service stations Turkish. Police are not interested, the government have made a statement as has Cummings and other than a few lefties, no one cares. It’s a all because it’s nasty Cummings who sorted Brexit and the Election. I have seen worse problems than driving to a family home.
Would you get in a car and drive, if you had the symptoms though? If that's ok, then none of what we were told about isolating etc; meant anything.
