Those hormones have a lot to answer for, add that to social media and it must be tough being a teenager now. Good luck with her...
Had my first ever video Doctor appointment within two hours of ringing them yesterday, I think they could catch on for non serious ailments so maybe the virus has pushed them into the 21st century...
My eldest girl was a pain between years 12 & 16, she is 42 now and has a 16 year old giving her the grief she gave us, it's my one joy on life
Boy has been spending his virus payout wisely actually he ordered it on March 1st, just arrived. To be worn on special occasions only apparently. In current circumstances that could be years.....
Does everyone on here still clap for the NHS on a Thursday evening - or perhaps you never did? We do, because it's become a bit of a neighbourhood community thing here - the fella two doors down from us is a drummer and he brings his snare drum out to get things going - and my live-in grandchildren love it. Whisper it, though, but I've become a bit tired of it - it's got to feel a bit false and manufactured. When do we stop? I saw this today and it chimed with me.... https://www.theguardian.com/society...qwzYtPUp4mY3OsZ09O8UJv3SNw#Echobox=1590054965 This is where it becomes more for the Politics thread, but it's certainly true that many of those that are clapping for the NHS will still vote Tory at the next election. The hypocrites.
We have been inconsistent clapping, it’s become more of a community thing than an NHS thing. My GP neighbours, who I chat to in a distanced kind of way a couple of times a week, aren’t bothered by it, but I think it’s meant to be more for nurses, support workers, junior doctors.
I’m reliably informed it’s for fat middle-aged birds to see who can slap a wooden spoon on a saucepan loudest.
Stainsy...I think you have met my two girls The eldest was a nightmare, no really... in all ways you can imagine plus a few extras...... but we stuck it out... Now 10 years later I am told by her I am her best friend, I was her birth partner for the birth of her daughter. We chat about every little thing, I really cannot believe that I have a best friend that I never ever had in my life before. Her only fault now (and yes it is a big one) is that she hates football. So hang on in their Stainsey, it will all be OK in the end
Testing numbers fiddled https://www.telegraph.co.uk/global-...onavirus-tests-have-double-counted-officials/ Who’d have predicted that?
Just another set of figures designed to mislead the public on a daily basis. I suppose it's working as many constantly keep falling for them! This list of lies, deceit and incompetence just keeps going and growing.
