Actually I have have been consistent. When your Kranky mate was making headlines about the preventable deaths in Scotland (I believe you posted an article) I didn't say that she can defy the government now re lockdown but she didn't act at the start when she accused them of delaying it?
They come from the part that we're not stupid enough to vote for that unelectable idiot Corbyn?
She's no mate of mine, but I do think she's doing a better job of informing the nation about what's going on than the dithering mixed messages we get from Westminster. The Scottish government is getting rightly slammed for not introducing Lockdown earlier, same as the UK government - but at least they've held their hands up and admitted that with hindsight they'd have done things differently. Honesty goes a long way....
She’s also got the bollocks to get up there and speak daily while we get Jenrick and Sharma.
Watford as always, I have a lot of time for you and I respect your stance. To a certain degree, I would say the same, however, your leader needs to be charismatic as well.
To win in the 21st century he/she does. To lead well, I wouldn’t say so. Merkel doesn’t strike me as hugely charismatic.
She seems more clued up and coherent than charismatic Boris.

I'm seeing a lot of anti Tory sentiment from some of those who were backing Boris. I'd actually state, possibly not for the best of reasons right now for a lot of cases, some have being paying attention to Nige and his protect the shores and why isn't Brexit getting done, however others are fed up not being allowed out and others who are waking up and seeing that platitudes and slogans aren't enough.
Not when it came to lockdown? Although I have changed my views a bit on the virus and believe it was already here with us and the lockdown time wouldn't have made a huge difference? However, I'm not debating that... I will leave that for the lot on the Covid thread.

I've never voted Labour in my life.
He is sitting on the fence. He didn't want Brexit in the first place so doesn't want to take a positive position either way. He knows if he asks for an extension, he'll be accused of trying to stop Brexit or delay Brexit etc, and invite criticism from the Northern voters he wants to win back. So he's sitting on the fence and hoping the government runs into trouble by December

They reckon the deaths could have been reduced by 80% if lockdown had been bought in two weeks earlier. We know that it's easy to look at in hindsight, but a look at the success that NZ, Greece and other nations that had strict border controls and lockdowns in place tells us we got it wrong.
Neither have I. I grew up as part of the young Conservatives. It's a bit like the Hitler youth without compulsory blue eyes. I was always the center-left of the party. I don't agree with comments that it's gone too far to the right as Sunak is the future and sometimes when he speaks you wouldn't think that he was a Tory?
As for Labour I never liked Blair (hate that lying @@@@). Always thought the late John Smith was a decent bloke. Labour could have beat the Tories if they had David Miliband as a leader instead of Jezza (I still don't get that one).
Starmer maybe better than Jezza and although forensic in detail comes across as a slimy boring lawyer. I will say this now... He won't ever beat Boris. As for the Limps?
Waste of a vote. I know my local Green candidate really well (first names) and I like him but would never vote for him.
