I'd hate to be the kid's teacher trying to do the register - I remember having enough trouble with a girl called La-a A picture question - what's this? And no cheating with reverse image search...
Yes, but what sort? When I first heard of them, my first thought was why would a gun be needed there?
Didn't know where to put this quiz - guess here is the best place: I got 7/10 https://www.emeraldwaterways.co.uk/news/2020/02/do-you-know-europes-national-and-regional-flags
I thought the word 'deadly' might have given it away - maybe shorten it to 'dead'? Where would you expect to find them but not a gun?
It could have been anywhere really. The gun in the picture is a cemetery gun - used extensively in the 19th century in UK and USA to deter resurrection-men. They were set up near the foot of a grave on a swivelling base, and triggered by a tripwire looping around the grave. Any would-be body snatcher approaching soon found that he needed a grave himself. Over to you.
Cheers BB. Ok. What is the average speed of an unladen European swallow ? For a bonus - if swallows didn't actually bring coconuts to England then who did and when ?
