The Prem season will be cancelled if they don't get 14 clubs out of the 20 agreeing to neutral grounds to complete the fixtures at the meeting next Monday.

How do the people on here claiming football isn't enough of a "priority" to restart in a month feel about the fact that Boris is now dropping the lockdown on Monday?

He's not though.

There will be a very slight relaxing of it until the end of May. Schools won't be going back, there will be no gatherings of any sort.

In June, more shops will open and small groups can form, while observing social distancing.

Still no school or mass gatherings. And no football, hopefully.

I think that’s asking for trouble tbh.

Why, if they haven't got it?

I should say, from what I gather this isn't 'out', it's in the confines of a relative/friends house or property.

But being indoors increases risk of transmission compared to outdoors. And doesn't "a friend's property" practically mean "anywhere"?

"Home outbreaks were the dominant category (254 of 318 outbreaks; 79.9%), followed by transport (108; 34.0%; note that many outbreaks involved more than one venue category)... All identified outbreaks of three or more cases occurred in an indoor environment, which confirms that sharing indoor space is a major SARS-CoV-2 infection risk."
