No wonder it was a rejected resolution
The resolution wasn't rejected because of any word highlighted in that post. It was rejected because of the use of the word determination. That's according to the SPFL.

The monies held by the SPFL was the clubs money. The SPFL resolutions were in place to pay those monies out to every club. The SPFL claimed that the only way to pay those monies out was to call the league and pay out on current positions.

They lied.

They Premiership hasn't been called. Have the prize monies been paid out?

That resolution gives an unsecured loan of 2.4m to Sevco and and entitled payment of 2.4m.

Thats all well and good. One cancels out the other...you'd think....

But that resolution does not take into account an inevitable administration event where by administrators could call on prize money and be under no obligation to repay SPFL LOAN

I wonder who is a secured creditor :emoticon-0136-giggl

So what you're saying is the SPFL couldn't pay monies out in case clubs went into administration even though the SPFL say if they didn't pay out money clubs could have possibly went into administration?

Ok then!
