    The FA, Premier League and EFL need to sort their **** out with these fit and proper persons tests mind. It seems like unless they literally catch you in the act of committing a crime, you pass, even if you have crimes in your past.

    Even with the dodgiest name possible they managed to buy a football club for £1 ...

    ... a club with a great history and the lifeblood of thousands of decent people, plus a few bellends tbf.
