Quiet one for me. Might go to the park and take photo of people to post on Twitter about how outrageous it is that people are at the park.

I was going to take my lad for another woodland walk tomorrow when I pick him up but after discussion with @brb will teach him to hug strangers in the street instead.

Going to be a long weekend, think the fact I'm still working (and busy) is what's keeping me sane.

Yeah, it’s ****ing hard for my son right now. Laid off from work, can’t go to the gym, can’t see his mates. Fortunately he can still go for a run in Highgate Woods, so expect to see a photo of him in The Metro on Tuesday

I am adding one of my financial 'advisors' "De Vere" who kindly look after my pension for me.

While most companies are sending me emails telling me about payment holidays on insurance policies and mortgages plus no interest on credit card debt as well as upbeat emails on how to stay fit and healthy their only offering has been to help me update my will.

Not exactly what I wanted to be thinking about at the moment.

I had a nice email from Natwest telling me that they are here to help, and btw the interest on my Cash ISA has been reduced to the square root of minus one.

I’m looking forward to the four day weekend tbh. Despite being bored as hell with being stuck in doors I have had work to be doing. It’ll be nice to actually know I’ve not got to do any work as so far it’s been very difficult to separate out when is work time and when is my time whilst stuck at home the whole time. So even though work has probably kept me just about sane, I am for the first time since this started looking forward to a few days without work.

The weather is hitting 24c, I’ve got a couple of joints and FF7 remake is out at midnight tonight. Which means sunbathing whilst high and playing a game which will make me feel mega nostalgic and distract me for hours.

24C over weekend, anyone fancy catching some COVID might wanna take a stroll down to the park over the coming days

I can’t see people adhering to the rules.

was driving yesterday(essential <whistle>) and saw 3 blokes huddled under an open car bonnet and their kids runnin about. So unless 3 blokes n some kids live together...I’m guessing they weren’t giving any ****s.

That’s just one example of a few I saw where it was blatant that there is no social distance responsibilities being taken

Full of ****Z this place...needs leaders like Putin, Kim Jung to sort it out

Newspaper headline

‘No end in sight’

first line says 3 more weeks isolation minimum

That’s not ‘no end in sight’

just a slow process...the impatience

stupid ****Z

It would help if they could give people a date though. Would help all sorts of businesses.

Doubt they’ll dare make a serious decision until our dear leader is back on his feet though.

Apparently some lenders have raised mortgage rates despite the interest rate being cut to a record low. That’s really sharp practice.
This is off the scale ****ishness.

The banks owe this nations big time after 2008, and yet here they are, when there’s an opportunity for them to actually put something back, profiteering from an economic disaster.

Ok Sucky I’ll give it a go

So there’s this big bad germ, nasty naughty germ and it’s being very mean to humans so because of that germ....
