Keir Starmer's plan to win back the Scottish vote so far
* Appoint someone who suggested the baton and tear gas approach to Scots nationalists for Shadow Foreign
* Appoint the bloke who lost those seats in the first place by throwing himself behind Better Together as Shadow Business, Energy & Industry
* Appoint someone whose local party attempted to deselect him last year as Shadow Scottish

And that's before taking into account just how many of his shadow cabinet supported Owen Smith's failed leadership challenge...

Keir Starmer's plan to win back the Scottish vote so far ...

I pity the guy immensely.
He is (for now) required to be the 2020s counterpart of Neil Kinnock,
for the sake of the Labour Party recovering.

And worse than for Kinnock, Stamer faces the task of also purging
libtards from the party as well as the 2020s ARSes.

The last Prime Minister to die in office was Spencer Perceval, who was assassinated in 1812.
He's the only one to have been murdered.

Not as precise as the polonium/Novichok incidents, but
would be a political homicide regardless.

Huawei UK (among others) might want to start getting their
office clearing plans in motion.

A death caused by political immorality, intentional or otherwise,
is still a death.

But you are correct, the deaths of tens of thousands (if the world is
lucky) is not remotely similar to the deaths of mere individuals.

Time will tell now on whether Boris ends up being a seismic
geo-political figure in a most unexpected way ...

China has announced that it's had no further coronavirus deaths in the last 24 hours.
I rate this five chins on the Jimmy Hill Scale of Probable Bullshit.
