Hope this don't dound patronising but I try to walk 15000 per day snd have done it for years.
I have dropped the amount I walk cos of the lock down but have started calling mates I used to walk with and chat on the phone to them while walking.
I also downloaded some cheap comedy shows (Red Dwarf and Blackadder) on Google play and listen to them as I walk...mind you ... busting out laugh is making me look a little special
