So NUFC was the first Premier League team to apply for assistance to pay their non playing staffs wages, whilst continuing to pay the players their obscene amounts of salary in full. It’s ****ing embarrassing and l am ashamed and humiliated by this. For Christ’s sake, the amount of money swilling around in the PL and they go cap in hand. Have they no ****ing shame? Players on tens of thousands of pounds per week, ought to be offering to take less to see the clubs staff safe. The greed in football these days knows no bounds and will eventually kill itself.

Should be up to the player what he chooses to do with his wages - club can pay and meet contractual requirement and player can donate, but not really seeing it at the minute

MA is a business man. Nothing more nothing less. He cares about money and how much he makes. He has no morals and no loyalty with anyone or any thing. Liverpool made a mistake and stand to take a PR hammering so they changed their mind. Ashley won’t do that as he is losing everything right now. Just imagine what losing 2 billion is like. That is how much he has lost in worth since covid 19 started.
