It wouldn’t surprise me mate, there will always be a few jobsworths in any job, but from my personal dealings with the OB recently, there are a new generation joining and the vast majority seem like my lad, hard working kids who actually want to do some good in the world (corny as that might sound). Yeah he says it’s been so quiet last couple of weeks that he finds boring but means he can get a lot of the stuff done that usually gets left.

Would be good to see you on the engines again....you never know, they could get you driving one of our trucks......you’d have to try and get with me....might be a bit of a giggle :).

I think it just boils down to common sense mate. It seems to avoid all of us, well not me obviously. Have you seen the video of the copper charging the shop keeper for marking out safety guidance in front of her shop? I can't remember if it was on here or elsewhere.

20 flights arrived yesterday into London from NY.

There was no social distancing on the plane

No checks when they arrived.

these passengers dispersed, many to the Tube. Meanwhile police drones threaten sole walkers in the Peak District.

Utter nonsense.

I won’t mention the government.

No. Countries were able to do their own sourcing on top of that. If Ireland can get it done their way then good luck to them. Our way doesn’t seem to be getting us very far quickly.
So what is the EU sourcing as a Group?

Hint......f*ck all....it would take them years to get anything negotiated

Ventilators I believe. No idea, really.

Guess it comes down to which group you’d trust more to have your interests at heart and also who is going to achieve the economies of scale to best stretch our resources and not do so with self-interest.

I’m not saying they’re perfect. I’m saying that shutting down that option and then lying about not seeing an e-mail isn’t a great look.

If the Chinese were going to deliberately start a pandemic, wouldn't they start it somewhere else?

Not necessarily.

These dictators don't care if they sacrifice a few thousand of their own.
Look at their human rights record.
Too obvious to start it abroad maybe.

I'm not saying I necessarily believe they started this thing deliberately, but this kind of attack, along with cyber attacks, has been at the forefront of all intelligence agencies' planning and investigions for a good few years now.

Jack Grealish just ended his England chances in typical spectacular style. If you're going to get rat-arsed in a lockdown and have a smash do it in a top-end Range Rover in odd footwear. Mega-arsehole...

Agree especially when the state is on complete lockdown and no one knows what’s going on.
As previously said you know my thoughts on this stuff, however nothing would surprise me coming from a place where anyone who questions this, either disappear. imprisoned or mysteriously die 2 hours after getting contracting it like that whistleblower.but don’t worry no need for an autopsy because the bodies were cremated straight after death and the family received an earn. :1980_boogie_down:

Didn't France and Germany stop the selling of masks to italy
Or was thT just a mail headline
They also ignored instructions from the EU commission regarding borders and individual countries basically told them to @@@@ off and did their own thing. EU were not happy. Glad they are so united? <doh>
I don’t for one minute believe all this rubbish that France and others in the EU would have sorted out ventilators for us when they are desperate themselves. However it’s amazing news how we have developed a new breathing aid cpap which Mercedes and university college have developed. Many being made and rolled out next week.:emoticon-0148-yes:
