I believe that they were based on the old airfield at Holme on Spalding Moor. remember doing a job there back in the 90's when the world wasn't ****ed up.

Sounds like the same one. They did the headstone for my Mum. They were exceptional to deal with. Probably the best customer service I’ve experienced this millennium.

For those that like art and have plenty of free time you might be interested in one of the free courses offered by the Museum of Modern Art, New York. The courses are on-line and include reading, videos and a test at the end of each topic. The courses are also free unless you want a copy of the certificate awarded at the end.

I think we've got quite enough artists on here already, but hey ho, give it a go.

They do headstone’s as well don’t they? They were a great company to deal with if it’s the same bit.

They seem to have been getting very good reviews, right up to the date they called into the administrators, including on reviews of Wren kitchen installations. Not sure what went wrong, but it was obviously something severe, their last accounts still show them with a £750k profit.

I have taken the graphs down because there are different figures being reported by some countries and this makes any graph useless.

My original objective was to challenge the statement made by the BBC reporter that we are 14 days behind Italy. We may have been at that point in time but that was not the same the very next day. We are not as bad as Italy and nothing like as bad as Spain.

None of which will make a jot of difference except that we may now have had the time to get better prepared for the tens of thousands who will need hospital treatment.

The cost of last weekends little jolly to the countryside and coast will be felt over the next week or so.

What is Germany doing that others are not?

Apparently, they think it's partly due to the virus circulating among younger people, the average age of those who've tested positive in Germany is 47, in Italy, it's 63.

In addition, they have 25,000 intensive care beds all with ventilators, so everyone gets one. In Italy, there's only 3,000 intensive care beds with ventilators and as a consequence, they're having to ration them and are no longer using them for people over 60.

In the news here, they claim in Switzerland, German Swiss have half the death rate of French Swiss and the French Swiss have half the death rate of Italian Swiss. The obvious conclusion is that it's to do with the Italian Swiss mixing more with Italians and so more likely to contract etc. but it also could be concluded that Germans are more resistant to death from the disease.
