I believe the newly coined collective term is Covidiots.B&Q in Hull are operating a one in one out policy, there’s currently about 100 people queuing outside, they’re increasingly the chances of people getting infected. People really are dim.

If people won’t form an orderly queue... why not take the food to the NHS staff?
That is a good ideaA good idea would be to keep some essential stock away from the shelves in the back primarily for NHS and key workers, and if you show your NHS ID to a staff member you are given some of that stock.

I’m selling NHS ID’s with whichever name and photo you want on it.
Too obvious...try Dr Jekyll.Dr Harold Shipman, NHS [HASHTAG]#666[/HASHTAG] please.

Taken off Facebook, but relevant for anyone on here who are key workers or who know any key workers
“Just a reminder to parents, that the guidelines state that if you can keep your child at home then you should do so.
There is a lot of confusion about this. It is NOT compulsory for key workers' children to attend next week. It is NOT an option for children to dip in and out of. It is an EMERGENCY childcare provision, and if children can be left at home safely because there is adequate care or they are old and responsible enough this is what MUST happen. The whole point is to reduce the spread of the transmission. Therefore schools are "open", but therefore only want the absolute minimum number of absolutly essential number of students, so that they can deploy the minimum number of staff and therefore expose the minimum number of children, staff and THEIR FAMILIES to this extreme risk.
Sending your child to school because 'they will miss their friends', 'they will get bored', 'you can't manage them at home' etc is irresponsible and not valid reasons. Please only use this emergency service if it is absolutely nessecary. PLEASE HELP STOP THE SPREAD!!
Nurses, doctors, ANYONE on the medical teams etc are doing an AMAZING job, let's help them by not sending more infected people to their wards!!”

I run the catering provision for a High School. It has 1300 students enrolled, with average attendance being 1200. Of those , just over 1000 choose to have a school lunch.
Tomorrow, all my staff have been told to come in and cater for the 170 pupils, whose parent/guardian have requested a space for their child/ children because they are key workers. 45 teachers and other support staff are also at work.
After assessing who actually turns up and how many staff are needed to provide cover for those children, the school will pur together a rota.
Easter holidays will also need to be cancelled due to Key Worker parents/guardians being at work.
My team have shown a truly exceptional attitude to what the school excepts of them and are willing to come in do whatever is necessary to help in these unprecedented times and I couldn't be more proud.
Our department also has the highest percentage of staff still in school than any other department.
Take care everyone. It's getting serious.
You could try B&Q, oh, wait a minute...Seeing all these inconsiderate thick ****s crowding out seaside towns, national parks, shops and other public places I have come to the conclusion that the human race is a ****ing great bunch of arseholes.
