No one gets relegated, no one gets promoted, no champions and (as things stay the same as last season) European places stay the same as well...Leeds stay down and Liverpool ain't champions...win win situation really!
True, as a result Spurs will be in the CL next season and West Ham stay up...but that's a sacrifice I am willing to make for the greater good <cheers>

Table ends as-is. Too bad for those waiting until the last few games to escape relegation or qualify for Europe. Liverpool are champions but denied opportunity for points record.

They couldn't do that, every team (bar maybe Liverpool) would sue the **** outta the PL.

Legal precedence states results which already exist must be respected, and you can't award teams 2 sets of CL/parachute money for a single season.

Either give back tens of millions or base qualification/relegation on existing results.

Good luck with that one bru. The legal challenges would never stop.

That will be less than the hundreds of millions they would have to pay in compensation once they get sued to ****ery

Even if clubs dare to sue given the current climate, hundreds of millions is less than the billions the TV companies would want back if they recall their product.

PL is bankrupt if the league is abandoned. [HASHTAG]#official[/HASHTAG] announcement coming soon.

Why would the TV companies ask for their money back? They got something in return for their money, TV broadcast rights, and the customers subscriptions that came with them, they have no reason to ask for their money back, their deal was honoured.
Unless you are saying all the Sky subscribers are gonna sue Sky for their money back too <laugh>

I'll actually feel sorry for Liverpool if they don't get the title and it won't feel right to me if I'm honest. Saying that though...

The reaction from Astro would be absolutely superb <laugh>

How do PL teams get their £100m+ prize money next year. Prize for what if the league is cancelled?

Do you think the FA is also going to hand City more money for winning last season's FA Cup?

Can't get paid twice for one result. So PL respects current results or is bankrupt.

The government might end up banning sport fixtures anyway so the league may be forced to make these decisions about whether to just write off this season.

Or they just agree what happens with the finances and the league gets cancelled.

Yeah they're definitely the only two choices.

Dream on.

If the league is abandoned it becomes the season that never was.

Unlucky bro.
