Portsmouth have a tough run-in, Ipswich, Oxford and Doncaster that little bit off the pace. Fleetwood have a chance but more likely to finish 5-6th.

Peterborough have less games and lose too many.

Leaves us, Coventry and Rotherham. Both of whom have light run-ins. I hope Rotherham choke as I think we will need one of them to throw it. Coventry I fear will be Champions

Wycombe, who everyone expects to fall away - reckon they will be in the playoffs. I expect something like

1 Coventry
2/3 Rotherham and Sunderland
4 Portsmouth
5 Fleetwood
6 Wycombe
7 Peterborough
8 Ipswich
9 Doncaster

I agree with most of that tbh.

I can't work out why Coventry are doing so well tbh, except that they're playing teams like Rochdale and Tranmere.

If we beat them it'll be a big win ...
... I think we'll pretty much match each other's results against teams outside the top six.

Portsmouth play Exeter in the EFL Trophy semi-final tonight.

I'm hoping for a boring injury ridden slog whereby Portsmouth creep into another Wembley final ...

... Heaven help whoever they play in the final.

Their supporters are the biggest set of coke sniffing scumbags I've ever encountered at Wembley.

As much as I despise the c*nts you have at No1 I would settle for 2nd no problem at all. Just get us out of this league.

Fleetwood and Coventry games definitely 6 pointers.

In a very cold and windy SoL we got the 3 points that we needed to stay in the hunt!

Have to do the same on tuesday against a better side than Bristol, and in particular their obnoxious manager

Too right. Absolutely devoid of any class. Remember '85, Norwich fans came over and shook our hands, and wished us all the best. Pompey just tried their damnedest to rub salt into our wounds.

Tuesday has a six pointer that might really help us when Rotherham go to Coventry.

A home defeat would be a big blow for Coventry and, if we could follow up with another, could be above them.

I believe Rotherham will go up so I'm hoping they win whereas I'd originally wanted a draw.

We need one of them to crack and I'd love it to be Coventry ....

If we keep winning, ie beat Fleetwood and Coventry we will/should go up. I presume neither of these games will be easy, but now Charlie Wyke had found his scoring form..:emoticon-0103-cool:

Totally agree but this week is a defining moment. Like Sunders said if we win these two I think automatic is looking good but they are two bloody hard games.

This whole month has been a long defining moment mate, and we've got through some tough games with a lot of points and much better goal difference. Two more big wins and we'll be at least second on March 1st. It could be...

64 Rotherham (draw Coventry, beat MKD) P34
63 Sunderland (beat Cod n Coventry) P34
61 Coventry (draw Rotherham, lose SAFC) P33
59 Wycombe (lose Doncaster) P34
58 Fleetwood (lose SAFC, beat Tranmere) P33
57 Portsmouth (draw MKD, beat Rochdale) P33
57 Oxford (beat Accers, Sarfend) P34
55 Posh (lose Burton) P34
53 Ipswich (draw with Oxford) P34

Like stated in another thread I just want ourselves and Rotherham requiring 1 point each on the last game of the season, and playing a really really boring naff draw and condemn the cheating b*stards to the play offs.
Even better would be if we were already promoted and could afford to let Rotherham beat us so a massive party atmos at Rotherham whilst once again condemning the cheating b*stards to the play offs.

There are a lot of permutations, are there not.

It becomes easier if we beat Coventry and Fleetwood, then if Rotherham drop points!

Yesterday I was chatting with the blokes next to be, bemoaning Parky's late subbing, Gooch having a poor game, Wyke putting himself about a lot, but not scoring... what do we know.
I thought Ozturk slotted in well...(despite what the moron in Roker Report gave as a rating)... Our keeper was hardly troubled.

The only question on tuesday night us do I brave the cold or watch SAFCSEE, in front of the fire?

You wrap up well and go to the match, you bliddy softy . . . . the lads beating Fleetwood will warm you up :emoticon-0105-wink:

Must admit I was expecting to see Brass Monkeys looking for welders yesterday but surprisingly it was quite warm in the ground itself. Having said that I will probably look even more like a Michelin man on Tuesday night than I normally do.It will be layers, scarves, hat, gloves and thermals covering my naughty bits.

I missed the previous night game when we were 3-0 up at half time... the bloke I sit next to (as it happens a year above me at school) said he wished he had left at half time!
