I've lived with the most amazing person who struggles with mental health issues, it's pretty ****ing far from get a grip. I've been at the point of get a grip myself though and can see how people still go there. I suppose you only understand once you live with it.

I know next to nothing about Caroline Flack or her career and I‘ve never watched Love Island.

However, what I do know is that a 40 year old woman has committed suicide and must have been in a really bad place and at her lowest ebb. Tragic loss of life irrespective of her celebrity status, depression is a ****. Some of the ignorant comments on here are pretty vile tbh.

I’ve no interest in reading anymore.

fwiw just on that point, the kids today don't touch Facebook, they're on **** like Insta and Snapchat. The FB generation are the 30+ adults. Each to their own but I have no interest in any of that ****e except in policing the kids to stay off it.
