I think someone had forgot to tell the poor lass, it's ok to not be ok. Sadly that's too late now, but the maturity of life brings with it, experience and wisdom, and those that survive can make good use of their lives, by listening and sharing to help others such as the next Caroline Flack, from taking a sad and tormented path. RIP.
