Seen ****ing everything i can stomach on netflix.
Any recommendations on amazon prime?

Just finished watching Heroes again after years, loved that show when it 1st came out but really fell off badly in season 4.

Saw heroes reborn ages ago when they tried bringing it back that was terrible too and only had half a season or something.

Seen The Boys which was brilliant cant wait for season 2.
Treadstone.

Yer welkum.

And The Expanse if you like sci fi.

I thought that too, so I looked it up, they use super secret cuts. Whenever people go through a door, or maybe the camera enters a dark room that is a seamless cut, it's done spectacularly.

SPOILERS: For example, when they go into the German bunker and it's dark, that is a cut just as he turns on the flashlight.

Cinematographer is an Oscar winner so, they hired the best.

Should have said it’s all 1 act

Act 1 from beginning to end

Any good documentaries?

I actually prefer Prime to Netflix on the whole but the UI is terrible and really **** to navigate.

I find most of the decent stuff is invisible unless you know what to search for.

Or maybe I'm just a bit stoopid.

Yea they only show you a tiny amount of the stuff on there...They don't seem to have tagged shows properly, so 'Watch next' is usually just the shows they want people to see.

Prime is **** for documentaries compared to Netflix, and usually it's all trashy US style ones. Youtube and iPlayer are best, depends what topic you're after. Ancient Aliens is probably the most scientific documentary on Netflix <laugh>

I’ve just bought the BBC’s “Dracula” on DVD.

Didn’t watch it on TV, but I’m told it’s good.

Has anyone seen the Lighthouse with Willem Dafoe ?.

Saw it the other day. Fantastically original cinematography and a proper noir feel to it from the word go. Script is great, acting is top drawer (Pattinson was surprisingly good; I haven't seen him in much but when I have he's been ****e. Dafoe is magnificent).

But it definitely isn't for everyone. It's a very slow burner and genuinely unsettling at times. Plus the layered metaphors and confusing as hell symbolism (loads of greek mythology) means I'd recommend going for a drink and a quiet sit down afterwards just to process what the **** just happened. <ok>
