I don’t agree Forza. We repeatedly used the same two approaches.

Right side - work the ball to Costa, let him get to the bye-line and try to force a cross through Naismith. He never cut the ball back as far as I can remember.

Left side - give the ball to Alioski/Roberts, wait for Harrison to overlap and cross.

Don’t cross early. Don’t shoot from 20 yards from right in front of goal. Don’t deviate.

Very predictable today.

Thats because he's used exactly the same team....

Cardiff City have been billed the entire £15 million transfer fee for Emiliano Sala after Fifa threw out an initial bid to avoid paying a first instalment after his plane crash

Cardiff City have just filed a lawsuit in France against FC Nantes over the death of Emiliano Sala, according to L'Équipe.

The suit attempts to insinuate that Nantes may be guilty of manslaughter & the hiding of agent commissions

Typical Welsh - no class.

I just saw that Haaland have now scored 7 goal(2 today) in 3 matches. If he had come to Leeds he would still been in U23 learning Bielsaball. He had 1 training before he was given the chance to play. And for Bielsa you need 50 just to be able to sitt on the bench<doh>

I'm gonna second guess what Bielsa tells the team like a few on here do
Bielsa...
"don't shoot till you get in the 6 yard box, if you do you will be given extra training"
" pass it about for 10/15 minutes in the 18 yard box, make yourselves look great, then have a shot, but only in the ****ing six yard box" and by the way, its the ****ing Malvinas <grr>

I'd like to know what he says to the clown after every **** up (and there's been a lot)

And for those moaning and complaining that Pablo should take all the corners and that it is Phillips fault that we don't score from them, we had 13 Corners today and a few free kicks in very good positions and nothing came from any of them. I'm not blaming Pablo, I'm just pointing out that it isn't the quality of the set piece being delivered, it is the end product

Just to pick up on the corners - we only seem to have one approach. Everyone stands on the 18 yd line, then starts running in various directions just before the cross comes in. Almost every time. Result? Failure. :(

You aren't going to score from corners throwing the ball in, jesus it's like watching frodo and his buddies run out.
I don't think heading is part of Bielsaball not attractive enough :emoticon-0102-bigsm<sorry>

Just a quick one for those of you that say Bielsa is not adaptable.

Ben White started the game in the Phillips position, Ayling centre back and Dallas right back...after 4 minutes he changed it and put Ben back in his usual position and Ayling moved to right back. Reason for doing so appeared to be that their big centre forward wanted to play between Ayling and Dallas and Bielsa could see we would have a problem, or maybe Wigan just set up differently to how he expected.

Also whilst understanding that he likes to protect players and give them the very best chance to succeed it must still be exasperating to sign for a new club and not get on the pitch...momentum lost in terms of the boost new signings bring to the whole club I would say.
