It's a wonder the poor little mite didn't turn round and go back up, hearing that accent as the first voice on emerging.

I go to Southampton General fairly often . Never had a problem with any of the staff , of any nationality .

I think there’d be a lot less complaining if there wasn’t so much ridiculous paperwork to fill in. That’s what’s killing the NHS, statistics, red tape, tick boxes, we’d be able to treat millions more if we weren’t so hell bent on what ethnic minority you belong to every 5 minutes.

It’s not all about the money, it’s about the fact the service is woefully under resourced and is literally currently running on the goodwill of those who work within it.
