That ol' chestnut.
Of course, Celtic and Rangers being in the English league would save them, it's ****ing nonsense to suggest otherwise in my opinion. The Scottish league is ****ing dead.
But like, where would it stop? It's just the British league then, so what's the point in the 3 FA's? If English, Welsh and Scottish teams play in a singular league, why don't they have a singular national team?
In my opinion, the Scottish teams being ****e, doesn't really mean that England should lose it's league and have to accept teams based on charity. And those teams certainly shouldn't be jumped up into the premier league, they would 100% have to start at League 2.
As a Welshman, I am happy Cardiff, Swansea and even Wrexham play in the English ladder, it's the only way we can possibly have some competitive teams, but politically Wales is far, far closer to England. Would jocks accept playing in an ENGLISH league?
