Reactions: Leon...
Hull City have rejected a seven-figure bid from New York Red Bulls for midfielder Leonardo da Silva Lopes, Hull Live can reveal.

Da Silva Lopes only joined the Tigers from Wigan in August but an impressive first half of the season has seen him lined up as a target for the MLS side.

It is understood an offer has been tabled in the last seven days but City were quick to reject the bid.

Kane Willing and Abel.

He seems very nervous in front of the camera. I reckon he’ll be bald by the time he’s 22.

John no mistake made. Got to stop blaming the allams for everything.

They could have offered him a contract he couldn't refuse, rather than like with Tymon and Clark who seem to have been let go by offering them a poor deal.

They made a lot of mistakes, and have now to a certain degree learnt from those mistakes and starting to put things right, so they need to look after Greaves and any player that has potential.

Derby are going to get into FFP difficulty, because they're already paying Rooney daft money, and Huddlestone and Davies too. So the money required for Long to jump ship would be a fair old amount, plus, given their **** start, why on Earth would he want to go there?

I find the Lopes story hard to believe, 7-figure bid for a bloke who's only played half a season at a mid-table championship club?

Sorry John you are wrong.
Could City have done more to keep James?
Alas not. Under Elite Player Performance Programme rules, City were powerless to prevent James from leaving. The Tigers were a category three academy at that time, while Swansea were a category two academy.

not everything is the allams.
