Just to change the subject (slightly), what do we think the number will be folks. No disrespect to Hull but they are clearly not going to bring the same level of support as our last 2 opponents, its a bloody long way...! I'm guessing between 10,500 to 11,000 - Thoughts....?
I wont be there, move in to uni then! One of my mates might be using my ST but doubt it. Around about 11,000 i'd have thought..
Exactly what I think, many STS are staying away, the board need to grow some balls and get Millen out. 10500 to 11000 fans and it will not get any better till he goes.
I've based my guess on;- Portsmouth, great following of the max 1,500 that we allowed of a total of 12,496 - not THAT great an attraction (sorrry)...! Brighton, going great guns, bigger attraction for home fans and bought 2,000 of the 13,911 Really can't see more than 10 to 10.5k home plus maybe 500 odd from Hull...?
If it were to drop below 10,000 that would send the strongest message yet to the board, however don't think it will as people will continue to go despite the current dross being served up. My season ticket will be unused this weekend....
Just to change the subject (slightly), what do we think the number will be folks.... come on PREM slightly its like the otherside of the Grand canyon, until some sour negative people try to turn it into another debate peterboro and Hull are easily reachable, as is Pomps, B&H a bit further a number of gate forcasts appear on our own site group in the how good our you link. It will be less than 13000....but I would guess about 12001 refreshing to click on a different subject..but off to the hospital so cant comment further. Suspect the usual crap will have been added by midnight when I get back
We take at least 500 everywhere, even a midweek Carling Cup game against Brentford managed that many, but your gaff is a fairly long way(4 hours....ish), so it's unlikely we'll take as many as we did to Peterborough. It will probably be somewhere between 500-1,000, though I'd expect it to be at the lower end of that scale.
Hmmmm....tough one this, but I'd say exactly half of what we'll get at the CCS........ Only joshing guys (but I could be right ), but it's so strange how things have changed. When you came up from League 1 four years back and we were still at Ninian, our crowds were generally on a par. OK, so we've got our new stadium and yours is still to come, so there has got to be a "new stadium factor" in there, but you still seemed to have lost the plot over there rather than moving forward. Best of luck guys and I'll repeat - why don't you give DJ a chance at the helm? He'll do the biz for this season for sure, and then see which way to go.
OK Pugwash - I suppose that makes you a piss pot side....only you haven't got a pot to piss in have you?
Dont get all agressive because you support a tin pot side. Everyone knows Cardiff are ****e, not just me BOTTLERS
I'm not at all aggressive Pugwash, especially not with subnormal refugees from League One. How you can show your face on here I don't know.........hang on a minute though, you don't anyway do you? You're just a faceless freak behind a keyboard.
The difference between you and us Sparkey is that when you've failed to get promotion, you've picked yourselves up and dusted yourselves off and gone steaming straight back in, buying players and even changing managers in your quest to reach the promised land. I still believe that our quest for The Prem is linked to getting our new stadium and that's when Steve Lansdown will invest as you have done to get there (which I think you will sooner or later)
