I feel the humble parsnip is getting a disproportionate amount of stick when that evil little bastard, the sprout is allowed to exist on the same plate!

I do. I boil them for 5 minutes and then roast them until they’ve dissolved into mush.

To answer someone's question, then the answer is surely no. We merely tolerate them.

Sprouts I like, but they have to be cooked through and soft.

 

I've got a bag off sprouts, **** knows why.

 

Doesn't matter how they are cooked, they still taste ****e.
Just think, that little bastard sprout on your plate is taking up the space of a pig in blanket. A pig in blanket or a sprout? No ****in competition.

 

As a person who works in a chill depot, the amount off carrots, sprouts, brocolli, parsnips, swedes gone out the last few days is extreme...
