It’s far too political nowadays. It’s a pathetic excuse of a festival.
Always has been political mate, used to be called the Glastonbury CND festival way back when I first went and it was good.
What it now definitely is, is commercial as **** and driven by the BBC. Fortunately, they do present it very well.
Wouldn't be surprised though if Jo Wiley and Mark Radcliffe were replaced by a black, wheel chair bound, lesbian who knows **** all about the subject, reading from a script.
As is the BBC way.
