To be honest I did watch until half time but a pressing jobs led me outside. It didn't stick in the first half though. Maybe it did in the second?
That’s probably fair. In the first half the balls to Eaves were landing about twenty yards ahead of him. Not much he could do with that service.

Magennis straight back in.
Give Kamil a rest, start with Bowler (with Kamil an impact sub if needed).
Sorted.
More difficult knowing what to do with midfield. Batty was class 2nd half.

Certainly, Magennis has looked more of a threat than Eaves, Kamil never does seems to play well the game after his International exploits, so I would stick with him for the next one. I would certainly go with Batty instead of Lopes, who might need a game or two on the bench to freshen him up.

2 at the back and DeWijs left midfield? Very positive
.

I've also been thinking that moving DeWijs up to midfield, but in the center, would give us the strength and aggression we've been missing in the middle of the park. De Wijs never loses a 50/50 header, is a good long-ball passer, and has the mobility to get into the opposing penalty area. And he's a fearsome figure. Batty alongside him and Irvine as #10.

We have Tafazolli as a strong CH replacement for DeWijs alongside Burke (and young Greaves who has been outstanding if recalled from Cheltenham in January as back-up). Lichaj and Elder as RB/LB.

If Grosicki isn't ready to play on the left, put Magennis out there, Bowler on the right, and Bowen in the middle.

So...Long, Lichaj, Burke, Tafazolli, Elder, Bowler, Batty, DeWijs, Grosicki (or Magennis), Irvine, Bowen.

We really need to strengthen center mid-field. DeWijs might be the answer.

Haha! I’ve just clocked this after watching my recording from the weekend. They go on about him for a good 20 seconds. Why doesn’t anyone behind the scenes stop them and get them to point out their mistake. They wouldn’t be making this type of mistake if it was Leeds. They know every grubby detail about them.
