Away from home,clean sheet
Still our best performance IMO

We were superb today with Zimmo back as captain.
This is why we love this game, it means so much .
Tettey was captain and played his part like a nightclub doorman on a boozy Friday night breaking up play and passing sideways to Argos and Mad Dog.According to the team sheet you posted Tettey was Captain. Godfrey was much better this week with a proper CB alongside him.
Maybe, just maybe, our season is back on! We didn't suddenly become a bad team. Let's hope this means the confidence is back.
Zimmermann's return made a big difference, but the key was DF adjusting the defensive/offensive balance towards defence with his selection of Tettey, Trybull and McLean. It's what you and I have been calling for all season Rick, and as we kept saying (and the Man City game demonstrated), it doesn't mean losing our goal threat and settling for boring football.Wow! Just wow! Finally we find a Plan B that worked well. McLean (8.2 on WhoScored) was magnificent as the deep playmaker and he, Trybull and Tettey provided excellent cover for the defence where Krul, Zimbo and Godfrey looked solid. Pukki, Cantwell and Hernandez attacked well and created excellent chances and what a cameo for Srbeny!
Up 2 places to 18th, one point behind Villa. Long way to go, but we've given ourselves a chance. That'll do for now!

The question now is whether DF will hold his nerve and ignore the Carrow Road thirst for all out attacking play from kick off to the final whistle. If he needs an excuse to persist with today's Plan B at home next weekend, the threat posed by Aubemayang, Lacazette and Pepe should be enough.
Is that the first game this season that we've had enough fit CBs and DMs to be able to line up that way?Wow! Just wow! Finally we find a Plan B that worked well. Allardyce anyone?

You missed aI could not stay awake after half time so had to retire for the night
Although City looked on top in the first half I wasn't convinced they we would get anything more than a 0-0 draw - I now hang my head in shame
A very welcome away win and hopefully, injuries withstanding, they can make progress now. Hope Zimmerman can stay fit for the rest of the season.
Thanks to this win I am now up for the Arsenal game - and will try harder to stay awake for it![]()
