It's not the personnel alone, it's the set up of them and how deep we were.
A. No idea. Personally apart from the Reid era SAFC have always lacked it.
B. Parky hasnt had a transfer window but at least he has recognised it within a month.

I'm all for giving a manager time but you have to earn it along the way. In hindsight Ross should have went in the summer and been replaced properly and actually given some money to spend. The owners were too interested in selling up to spend though imo.
That's one example. If being 10th on this league or whatever we are is in anyway acceptable then we may as well give up.
