I agree and this is where it has gone wrong for him, the signings lately have not been right and that means he has no players that he can rely on to drive his tactics and thinking. There's not a leader there. Who at spurs will take that role up? There's nobody that comes to mind. Son will work for him but does he have much influence? If the likes of Alli and Rose take a dislike it'll spread through the squad.

The guy was once considered the best manager in the world, at least by some. He just isnt known for building teams on the cheap, at least not ones that last.
