I was thinking of easing into it with Home Alone, then perhaps Holiday Inn. I'll leave It's a Wonderful Life until December.

Bad Santa is my only Christmas film.


That said, if "It's a Wonderful Life" is on, which I'm sure it will be somewhere, I might watch that while pretending not to get sentimental.

What's your favourite Christmas film?

Watched a really good Twilight Zone episode not long ago which was from Christmas 1960 "The Night of the Meek", suggest everyone watches that.
My Christmas tradition tends to involve not finding anything worth watching apart from Carry On films and the two Steptoe and Son movies which seem to be on most years.
Really like the "A Ghost Story for Christmas" episodes which the BBC occasionally repeat or even do a new one.
