6 losses out of 6 he has predicted us.

To be fair, we have had a tough run of matches to start and I actually do not think his predictions have been wildly off - only the prediction of a Newcastle win was unreasonable. Before the season started, I could have seen us being at this stage with only a point or two from Newcastle or West Ham away or Burnley away, given how tough the matches have been. It is more testament to excellent performances that we have managed to get six points on the board and I am not sure I can blame Lawro for thinking differently (at this stage).

I said a few weeks ago that it is proving far too easy to score against Norwich, something that we saw again when Villa put five past them last time out.

Bournemouth have had defensive problems of their own in previous years, and they are still pretty open now, but things are far worse for the Canaries.

Norwich have had two good home wins already this season, and picked up their first point on the road against Bournemouth last weekend, without conceding too.

The Canaries have been struggling for fit centre-backs so that was a very good performance against the Cherries, and I would not be surprised to see them give United a good game too.

I am not going to go as far as saying I think Norwich will win, though.

They are another team that I have not tipped to get a victory so far this season, but they are going to have to wait at least another week for that to happen - which is probably good news for them.

Lawro's prediction: 2-2

Brighton will definitely fancy their chances against this Norwich team - yes, their win over Everton was assisted by VAR, but they are a team who create a lot of chances.

He was right though we are underdogs in every game we go into in this league, we have been the youngest, most inexperienced, cheapest,most injury ravaged side in every game. Hopefully we can remove injury ravaged soon!
