Think about the players he has brought in and the budget he had to work on. I'll admit he has his faults, but bringing in the likes of De Wijs, Lichaj, Long, Burke, Lopes, Pugh and Stewart has been a success. In fact, very few of his signings have been duds.

Given it's his job to sift through the scout reports and make offers for players, I'd say somewhere around 100%. Even if he was touted a player by an agent, he still made the decision to bring him in.
