**** me, another one for ignore at this rate.

I've said I don't want to, because some of our fans are weird. If you don't believe me, you should see the way some of them pursue me and insist I do things over 7-8 posts despite me saying I don't wish to do so. Absolutely bizarre behaviour from a grown up. Have a word with yourself, I've made myself clear about this, it doesn't invalidate a word of what I've said.

If your last post I'd aimed at me, apologies I have been reading back through the thread.

You appear to be saying if you became the public face of this your family and business would suffer as you are well known?

Surely if you are so convinced you are correct, by being the public face of this when proven right would enhance your standing?

I agree with the lad on this one mind. If he went to a meeting (not sure what he'd gain from it really as the owners could simply not answer certain things, he couldn't exactly press them when he's admitted they've not done anything illegal in any way) he'd pretty much have to give his name out. I've seen on Twitter the abuse some people get when Stewart Donald replies to them. Donald doesn't mean it, but there's a pack like mentality and people get called all sorts. Hell I made a post on there a while ago and had some ****er going on about "some day we'll meet". Now, the chances are he's just a random knacker who would do nowt, and if he did there's every chance I'd knock the daft **** out cold, but either way I'm glad that people like that don't have my real name, we should all be able to comment on SAFC without abuse and threats. If this lad put his name out there and seemed to be putting Donald in a bad light, there would be loads of knackers out there taking shots at him and quite frankly most decent people simply don't want that in their life

If it helps others, I can confirm you're not me.

Someone pointed out to me recently that someone kept getting accused of being me on here - was just going to leave it but having noticed this thread earlier today and checked again tonight it's all getting a bit silly now. Went to sign up and realised I conveniently already had an account from many moons ago.

I'm sure some will now say it's me on two accounts mind :emoticon-0102-bigsm

I believe goms name is listed on the minutes of the rawa meeting, I couldn't tell you what is was or who he is and I doubt if you asked 100 people what his name was 95 of them wouldn't know and the other 5 would have to re read the minutes.

The lad has obviously spent a lot of time putting this all together, I would to think considering how passionate he is about this he could attend and not be named in the minutes. Surely that is better than posting and letting others who don't understand fight a battle they don't really understand?

KittonMittons digs out his alternative account :emoticon-0105-wink::emoticon-0140-rofl:

    This will make things interesting.

I'm not on Twitter and haven't posted on RTG in years so have no idea why you're infamous by the way.

Because you're you. Probably an intrinsically ok person who wouldn't think to hound someone on twitter or in real life. No offence chunk, but you seem a bit... um, well sheltered from the worst of this stuff. When people get passionate about SAFC, they do crazy things, like spend evenings looking through financial statements.... but I digress. The point is, as @Guinness Guzzler said, some people on twitter are not like you and they take things very far. Now if my name was out there, my address would be found in minutes, I'd worry about my family. Why in ****'s name would I waste my time when I've posted a big fat load of info there, only to be greeted with people who have no inclination to read facts with 'zzzzzzz' and the like :D

It is almost pointless, but then there are the decent folk on both here and RTG who even when they disagree, are open-minded and nice. Those are the people I do it to talk to, not to convince the people who have decided they just would rather not know, but still want to have a dig at anyone who does.

Aye, but GOM is being positive about the owners. If he was seen to be attacking them (even if he wasn't, just if he was perceived to be), there would be some absolute knackers who would send him threats. It isn't nice receiving a threat when you're a faceless daft internet username but if you think they have your real name and can find out where you and your family live, where you work etc it becomes very worrying because aye, whilst 95 out of 100 wouldn't even remember your name, and 4 would be internet gobshites, there's always that chance there's one who isn't and it simply wouldn't be worth it for the lad. What was the name of that mag off SMB years ago (might have been Paulie, or might be thinking of someone else), decent lad for a mag on the board but someone found out who he was and iirc he got a beating and never posted again. There are ****ing weirdos out there and there's nothing wrong with saying you'll post under your name here but don't want to take the chance of being known in real life!

Storm in a teacup to be honest, I'm really not of any importance :emoticon-0102-bigsm

I won't be posting on here - I just wanted to make it clear that the above poster isn't actually me. It's nice to know there are other saddos around though!

OK I have an idea as you appear to be nervous about your family and reputation. I am more than happy to attend the next meeting as your proxy, you can prepare everything and I will ask under my name on your behalf the questions you want answering or believe need clarification.
Personally my reputation in business will not be affected by some arguements over a football club but only by my actions and conduct in my business life.

If some idiot wants to threaten my family, then so be it, it won't be the first time.

What you have posted on here can only be answered by 2 people, the owners of the club, we can discuss it endlessly, but the only true answers will come from them.

As an aside just reading about wolves.
In 2016 Fosun paid 45m to take them over.
Last season they made 20m profit.
They are trying to sell 20% of the club for anywhere between 50m and 100m
The owners value the club in 350m region right now.
Sobering reading given we have a bigger fanbase and a much better stadium and excellent training facilities.
Bit of a disconnect between what they value 20% at and the perceived 350m overall valuation...but there you go.
