The blokes definitely not a bullshitter but I do think he, like we all would, has got a bit carried away by it all. If he's getting messages saying it's a huge thing and it'll be announced soon, he's bound to be buzzing. Unfortunately that's led to posts with dancing emojis etc and people thinking it's going to happen imminently. By now, even if he's delighted by something he hears, I'm not going to get too optimistic until it's announced, we don't really know how close his sources are to it and how likely it is that their info is up to date. It's the Methven thing that's irritated me mind, if he says imminent last week then that's, again, bound to get people expecting an announcement because you surely wouldn't say it if it wasn't pretty much complete

Not sure how it would or would not work in IPTV...

I pay $5.99 a month for ESPN+ and it essentially expands available content in the ESPN streaming app for subscribers. Essentially, when you go into the ESPN streaming app, anything earmarked "ESPN+" falls into that category. If you click on a showing with that, if you've paid the monthly fee, the event will load and air as normal. If you are not an ESPN+ paid subscriber, you get the upsell message "ESPN+ content is for paid subscribers - only $5.99 a month..." yada yada...

From what I saw they were scarcely worth a contract and certainly not stand-out players in this league. The disappointment was our lacklustre efforts at replacing them
