Not without some truth, that. With hindsight May shouldn’t have gone to the polls. The moment her majority was knackered it became almost impossible to deliver Brexit, given also the fact that the Leaver/Remain complexion in the house was (is!) so vastly different than in the electorate. I doubt it helped that May herself is a Remainer too.
Now I don’t know what you all think about ER and climate change stuff. But they said on the news that there is a new condition called eco-anxiety and many youngsters are suffering from this believing the World will end in 12 years. WTF are they putting into children’s heads!
You can’t blame Boris because it’s the remainers and Bercow stopping him and May along with Hammond was a remainer and her deal was BINO and the ERG didn’t want it. However it was also blocked by remainers also. What needs to happen now is a GE to get rid of the dross and get a Brexit majority parliament and it will be sorted.
Or we have a country full of working class people who have conned themselves into thinking they’re middle class.
Says the guy who was Watford and now Windsor? Watford you know you live in a Tory stronghold. Tick the blue box mate
Not saying that at all. It’s great when people come from very little to be successful. It’s less great when people vote against their interests on the off chance their situation will improve.
My mrs was just saying exactly the same. People of working class like to think of themselves as middle class now. I am definately of the working class and also a traitor and also a labour voter and also a twat
It has been. Not sure it will be for much longer with old Lee defecting. I’m low key posh. With my background I really should be a Tory. Old Tory not new far right Tory.
