Probably nothing new but the Takeover was definitely 50/50 as of October 1st. The Americans were in 2 minds about something (possibly considering another football club) and it wasn't down to Donald. That is fact. I haven't heard anything since but Non disclosure agreements are still in force so I would take that as a positive sign.

There was something i read a week or two ago about an American consortium looking at Derby. Can't for the life of me remember where i saw it though.

Hope it wasn't our americans.

Urge everyone to read this in Stewart Donald's voice. Uncanny. Also go back and read Roppa's posts on here, literally every single one of them comes back to this defence of Donald.

Even the insults are backhanded compliments 'I'd rather he went on like an aloof millionaire' :D Come off it
Lol, you really are a little bit mad aren’t u m8. I wish I had his money and that I owned my club, but I can exclusively reveal to you, I haven’t and I don’t, try again though:)

I especially like the bit about reading it in Donald’s voice, you might as well read it in ****ing Donald Duck’s voice it’d be closer :)

Said many times at matches we haven’t had anyone taking decent throw ins since Martin Harvey , now he could take good throw ins , is it me but nobody wants to receive the ball unlike our opponents where they seem to have options .
Spot on marra. Catts was one of the worst. Used to deliberately move behind an opposing player to make himself "unavailable"

All it would take is a 'yes' from Donald ....

.... how long is a piece of string?

Would it be fair to say the issue is whether Donald retains day to day control of the club? And that he wants to be a minority owner with a majority owner's say? This seems to have been the implication.

Surely that's the only thing stopping it?

If hes made a bit coin and truly wants what's best for the club he would let MSD takeover and move on.

He would be a legend up here for it as well would be the man who saved the club rather than the one who put in the final nail.

Seriously? You're hanging SD out to dry if this doesn't happen.

It's a simplistic reply mate but, in reality, he's the majority shareholder.

If he wants to sell, or not, it's entirely his decision.

And it can only have been his decision to allow the new company to have used the SOL address at Companies House.

I’m going to take a wild guess at what Your hinting at, the hold up has been been Donald and today he said yes to it all
