To be fair Dave but do you know our club? With each and every manager they seem to hold on longer than even the more reasonable fans are happy with, a few Canary callers won't change that this time just as it didn't with Neil or Hootun and many others.
Besides which under Webber's watch I trust him to make the right call at the right time ignoring the noise!
I think the majority are firmly behind Farke and will remain so for the forseeable. Most of us can see that he is sh#t out of options regarding fit players and any points between now and the new year probably represent miracle work.
That said if the Villa performance turns into the norm, I can see some trouble ahead, we have to be better and fight harder than that even with the injury problems.

Bah!
Exactly General!! I remember Shearer in his post-match comments after the Citeh game said that we'd have been in trouble if we had lost the ball deep in our own half. Guess what ......
Time for some TWEAKING of tactics methinks!!!

I've just come to accept the fact that Southgate can't adapt his tactics sightly so that he can play.

Watching the England game and about 34 minutes in passing out from the back they dinked it over the first line of the press to a retreating sterling how the played it off to another midfielder b4 strinting up field after the return. Beat the press, up the field in no time on the attack and putting doubt in the high and aggressive press.
This is a small bit of variation that I think we need to work in better to help us beat the presses we are now facing every week.

Bah!

Let's hope that's all they took from it

Scottish sport is very poor at the moment. Too many deep fried Mars bars!
Actually, I think that that the Rugby team did pretty well (excluding the result against the Irish and it will be interesting to see how we fare in next year's '6 nations'.
Admittedly, the football team is a shambles. <ok>

What are peoples' thoughts on JM pulling out of the England squad claiming illness then spotted in a casino that night?

I guess that's the end of his International career until Southgate buggers off!

Looks awful on Maddison's part. I wondered if there was a bit of a personality conflict between them even before this. James' England teammates probably not keen on his actions, either. However, he has to learn from it and I think Southgate will give him another chance at some point.

Even before this episode, it was obvious that Southgate has a dislike of JM. GS's excuse for not selecting him is that they don't play with s 'number 10', but JM is versatile enough to play in s slightly different formation.
Dave - The trouble is that we don't know all the facts and probably never will. JM's agent says he had some illness which was infectious, so it was advisable for him not to travel.
I agree it doesn't look good, but was he REALLY doing any harm??

I am in shock.

Lead up to the game: "We are not Racist, it happened once, in the past. It's the English who are racist!"

To: This complete sh*t show, of monkey chants and racist taunts.

Noone ever saw this coming!!

I bet at 4-0 up the match gets abandoned and we have to play it again behind closed doors. Then we lose the game 1-0.

The racist country never get punished. Like Wales the other week, and like us the other month. It's the opposition and the opposition fans that get hurt the most. These countries just carry on being horrendously racist, and keep getting away with it. If anything, through being racist, they gain an advantage by playing in front of no away fans.

A Boris and Trump type world. It's a lot like a Black Mirror episode.
