The black hoodie brigade should've been booted the first time the game was stopped. In fact, if they are a known group of trouble makers, they should have been kicked out before the game started. How did so many manage to sit together?
The thing is, if this happens once, give the country a fine i.e.the gate receipts and TV money they got for that game which is then pumped into an anti racism campaign in that country. Then tell them if it happens again that they will be banned from internationals for two years. You'd very quickly get your house in order and make sure these morons don't get into the ground or if they did get into the ground they would be kicked out at the first sign of racism.
I think the first step could be to remove the fixtures from that country for a certain number of games or a specific qualifying competition. I.e. they have to play all of their games away, therefore reducing their supporter numbers if allowing them at all, it then is not to the detriment of the opposition but perhaps an advantage, and the offending country loses out financially from gate receipts and TV revenue until they get things sorted out
Worth a read Dave - https://www.leicestermercury.co.uk/...ll-news/leicester-city-heart-row-over-3406960
Exactly Dave. It seems that the decision for JM not to travel was made by the Engerland medical team and JM's decision to go to a Casino was not the best, but at the end of the day, did the Sun have to make such a Big Issue of it??
So, the Lionesses V the German women at Wembley on 9th November has sold out!! Quite a few of the Wymondham Under 10 girls along with their siblings and parents are going!!
Not for me thanks. I'm not sure I could endure the coach trip with all those excited children, but I'm sure some grandparents are going.
Yes please!! Yes please!!! Yes Please!! Would be fantastic if this is true!: http://www.msn.com/en-gb/sport/foot...and-instead-of-scotland/ar-AAIVsFn?ocid=ientp
Good news indeed, but seriously WHY would anyone choose Scotland ahead of England. Scottish football is the worst I can ever remember
Before that article, I didn't know he was born in London and moved to Scotland when he was 1. I assumed he was born in Scotland, and I've always known him as a Scottish youth prospect. I didn't even know he had played a few games for England at youth level. I only heard about him playing for Scotland and Celtic. His whole life has been in Scotland. He could feel Scottish, family and friends could be Scottish. The Scots are pretty tribal, loyal and passionate. I just assumed he would play for Scotland or with his name, Was wondering if he would qualify for France or something. Then maybe chose them. I didn't know England was an option. But he is such an incredible prospect. Fantastic to have him on board if this is true! He's been linked to all the biggest sides in world football. He's not going to stay at Celtic for much longer if he continues to develop and produce like he is. He reminds me of Sancho. Maybe young Sterling too. More the merrier!
'Fans welfare ignored' So, this was taken from the BBC article re the messing about with kick off times to suit broadcasters such as Amazon/BT/Sky!!! My question is - WHENEVER have fans been considered by the broadcasters?????
Starting to get a bit strange how Villa play against 10 men most games. Like with Chelsea, Man City etc. If you spend loads of money, you get whatever you want. Football!!
