Probably because they didn't sing anything offensive about disabled people, making it a completely inappropriate comparison.
You'd also smashed up their team bus before a match and escaped with a fine.

True.But you must remember Spurs are always "first".
First to win a double after the formation of the league (when no one else could do it!)
First non league team after the formation of the league to win the FA CUP (the only one!)
First British club to win a European tournament (when no other could do it!)
First British club to concede 7 goals at home in a European tournament ( when no other could do it!)
