He seemed to do nothing to prevent it either just stood there with hands in pocket or arms folded.

Some of the games we're absolutely dire as well even some of the wins which papered over the cracks. Probably only game we have truly battered someone I've seen this season would be Wimbledon.

That’s another part. You don’t see that he’s been stood there lifeless for 90mins.

Managers don’t always have to go the Conte or Simeone route, but there’s got to be some involvement, some emotion.

A leader has to inspire, to inspire is to motivate. We had no direction once in play.

Rumour at the academy...ye gods.
Why would any players or coaching staff be privy to any of these discussions?
If donald has allowed that or is telling them then he is a dimwit.
He is many things but I dont believe he would be that stupid.
From day 1 there would be NDC's . Breaking these could be very expensive.
That ross was going to be peddled was hardly surprising. The results, the performances, the fans were all stacked against him and have been for weeks.
Sorry but the academy story is 24 carat bilge

Interesting words used there, your mask of anonymity is slipping.

For anyone doubting my posts/sanity search 'Hotlips' on this board.

What he sent me, in pm, is much worse and, at some point, I'll post those messages.

The unsolicited text, I posted earlier, is mild compared to some I've had.

I've given fair warning, to the sender, that if I receive no decent response I'll post the number at 8am.

Anyone on RTG, or here, who doubts the veracity of what I'm saying can help themselves to £1000 of my money.

But they won't because being an Internet warrior is the equivalent of being a coward ...

... and they know it.

I'm really not sure what's going on here but I must put on record that at no time did I threaten you in any of my private messages to you and I'm very unhappy that you seem to be conflating our communication with whatever text message you received. On the contrary I was polite throughout and if anything it was you who threatened me, which actually caused me to report our conversation to this board's admin department.

This is the second time you have accused me of something I have not done. The first occasion was when you said I had mentioned libel in my posts.
That is incorrect. I have only made a handful of posts and I assume that they are easily checked.

If you recall it was you who suggested that we communicate off the board and I stand by every thing I have posted both publicly and by private message. The only fact I got wrong was the person to contact at SAFC for confirmation, it should have been Mr Methven as opposed to Mr Donald, but I corrected that in my following messages.

For personal reasons I did ask that our conversation remain private but in order to clear up any confusion or misunderstanding normally I would be prepared to post our conversation publicly but as I have no confidence that you would post an accurate account I am prepared to invite a moderator into our conversation to adjudicate if you agree.

In the meanwhile I am reporting your post although from my recent experiences I doubt much will be done.

Feel like we're in a vets waiting room ready to be put out of our misery tbh! I fully believe the lads who have said there's a meeting tomorrow, I'm as certain as can be that it's accurate. I just feel that there's so many negative things coming from people who might well have a source (and even Donalds Twitter replies which didn't totally discredit what Nixon had said ) and almost nothing positive with any substance behind it. Hope I'm wrong but I reckon they're miles away from agreeing and I doubt tomorrow's meeting will be enough to bring it all together. Mind there's always that glimmer of hope, if there was no chance they wouldn't even bother having the meeting!
Spot on this GG in my humble opinion. Hope we are wrong though.

I'm starting to think that the investment will be tapered through a 2-3 year project and then reassessed with regards to a takeover should we achieve or be close to achieving Premier League status.

That would do for me mate.

Even at that, Donald and Methven come out with huge credit for getting a pack of financial whales involved.

That would do for me, arguably better than a full takeover cos the current owners at least know the club and the English game.

Good post........which might have been the position Sartori took last year? In other words, SD has to do the hard miles to get to the position where the rewards of the PL beckon,in which case, major funding will be available in order to reap the benefits of those rewards?

And to an effect reduces the risk for the investors as they won't be stuck with something they don't want if it doesn't work.

The RTG/SMB dynamic seems (unfortunately) to have spilled over to our quiet little forum here. Up to about 3 weeks we had non of this krap, we discussed football and our opinions were, in the main, respected...now we seem to have some kind of warfare that was the norm on RTG...during our sedate times pre the newbies, we did have Smug on here....so given that, I have to conclude the issue seems to be a small sad selection of newcomers. For all those who come on here to take the pi55, to be aggressive and generally want to disrupt every thread...kindly pi55 off back to RTG. The rest of the newcomers..welcome, you add to our board.

Does anyone have any background on an RTG poster called 'Ken Tishtown'?

My reason for asking is that, being banned, I can't look at his 'Goalkeeper's' profile but suspect that even if I could it would have been marked 'private'.

It just seems that every post he makes is anti SAFC, Reiver or a combination of the two.

He/she has now even started posting what seem to be photoshopped mock ups of the text from last night (please see below.

Just sick OR VERY sick?

I suspect but, obviously, can't say for sure that it's just one of the latest board infiltrators that the mods appear to be encouraging to upset the majority of the populous.
Kentish town is mojo, horse latitudes etc etc.

Ended up in the papers twice for his trolling on twitter. It's quite funny people still don't realise it's him on the SMB and reply seriously to him

Agree, also covers the debate about the sacking of Ross,as SD is still in charge and knows promotion this year is essential.
