No because you would be nowhere near as knowledgeable as him in a footballing aspect.

He would do the basics right for this league, he is a nutter and I do think he would get us promoted but it's obviously not going to happen.

That's the type of manager we need though preferably who isn't a nutter. The 2 times I've seen the lads the fittest has been under BSA and PDC.

 

Agree on fittest but THE most clueless i have ever seen is was Palace away under Di Canio- the players did not even know where to stand- the key to good ownership is to find the new managers who can combine motivation, fitness and winning mentality- the lincoln manager who went to huddersfield for example

 

Think Hughtons teams have always been attractive to watch, barring the couple of seasons in the premier with Brighton and I think that was more cutting his cloth accordingly.Basically trying to keep them up with sound defensive tactics as well as being very well coached, thought he was very unlucky to be sacked.

 

I don't think any of us would.mind sound defense

 

The club has the right to deny access to the youth players if a club comes along that is also a Cat 1 academy trying to sign our players, so yes, there is something we can do about it.

 

Can't remember names of the players I am referring to, just remember them taking our up and coming prospects.

Chris Hughton will not come in and play attractive football and he never has done. Anyone who says otherwise needs to do there homework.

However I’m not saying this is a bad thing nor does it mean I wouldn’t want him just think fans need to be clear what they’d be getting with CH.

 

Absolutely, have always supported Ross, however it's glaringly obvious something has to change and quickly, this team will imo not be anywhere near top two this season if things remain as they are.

 

Anyone who thinks Hughton will come in here, please give your head a wobble. He doesn't even want the Stoke job due to the **** budget there...

Again, maybe my ignorance, but my understanding was that we couldn’t stop kids moving on. And even If we could youth at league vs youth at Premier League Liverpool (for example).

Kid called Greenwood from Seaham was picked up by Arsenal last year , now being linked with Juventus . Not sure but I think his brother ex Seaham Red Star has just signed for SAFC u23's

 

We as in fans, yes, but we as in club, well we can get promoted and give the youngsters a hope of making it into their own premiership team.
