Hope it is tbh and he may investigate into Pancho's banning rights.

Maybe take a hint that due to allowing the WUMs, mags and the sad ones pretending to support us to get rid even if it does bring in more traffic.
People are realising that about RTG now though mate and theirs been a bit of an exodus from there with people signing up here. I know a lot still use both but it's still taking traffic away from RTG regardless.

It's definitely a lot more chilled over here with reasoned debates, not petty squabbling.

Unsure mate I didn't even know what Reiver got banned for on RTG till someone said was over a rugby player. You get ****ers on there itching to argue and trying to call you out desperate for likes.

It's gotten out of hand tbh compared to what it used to be. Reiver done a good thing passing on info but a select few tried their best to try and derail the thread yet we're allowed to do so and don't even get me started on Sima.... its a joke really.
Totally agree marra

You are right there good debate always beats squabbling

Found myself a new forum for SAFC I reckon, will still check RTG but haven't seen one arsehole on here yet. Or even the type that agree with your views but will just try to argue for the sake of it.

It's like a breath of fresh air on here, loving it

The change of accounting date is probably because they are too busy right now to deal with queries on the accounts/audit. But it could be to delay publishing information about any transactions and balances with the club. Or for Methven, he may want to include the sale of any shares in this set of accounts.

That makes sense.

No offence to SD or CM but this situation must be unprecedented in their lives.

They must be chewing the inside of their cheeks trying to act blasé talking to the Dell boys.

If the majority of the RTG came on here it would probably be the most popular out of all the leagues but then you would get the ****ers coming over too.

From what I hear over here though the mods don't take kindly to that type and are happy to ban them <ok>
Good to hear

For those interested . . . . I had a message from the boss (brb, who is a Gillingham fan, so that's probably where you'll find him if you want) last Thursday to say that we've had 173 new members since last Monday night. Then there were a good few more on Friday (a couple of dozen, I think) and there have probably been another couple of dozen since (I haven't checked) :emoticon-0105-wink:

Some have not lasted very long, via exterminations, so overall we must have over 200 newbies.

The last thing that we want is this site turning into The Wild West, which resulted in the mass exodus from 'there' to here, so actions have been swift when necessary, but we will always judge things as we see them . . . . we will not just take someone's word that someone is an arse ('cos of history elsewhere), and we will monitor as appropriate.

As long as we keep this as it should be, with everybody's help, it will remain civilised and a jolly good place to be, and our job (the mods) will be an awful lot easier :emoticon-0100-smile

This was a party political broadcast on behalf of the mod. party :emoticon-0136-giggl
200 plus new posters, myself included, can only be a good thing. I think the mods have rustled the few bad pennies out, I'm finding it very civilised here.

I think it’s totally the opposite and they have lost a ton of good posters, some of which mainly may remain silent but are no longer in fear of being lambasted by the usual establishment of the Smb and now feel free to post

Normally mind it means your accounts aren't quite ready. In my experience as a non retired chartered accountant -- grumpy is a lucky bugger in that respect - this is a wheeze which has been noticed and is being used a lot - shorten period by one day and get an extra three months - however Companies House are looking at this very closely. Bridle are not the only company to have used it - believe me

The only reason a lot signed up on here is because of this thread and one person in particular, let's be honest..
